Federal judge throws out religious discrimination suit

A federal judge in California has dismissed the remaining claims (for background see here) of a California Christian school and several students of that school who allege that the University’s admission standards, which seek to ensure that entering college freshmen have been adequately prepared for college by their high schools, are discriminatory (i.e. it’s not fair to expect entering college students to have been taught reality by their high schools):

A federal judge in Los Angeles has thrown out the remaining claims of Calvary Chapel Christian School, which sued the University of California alleging university officials rejected some courses for credit because of their Christian viewpoint.
