Clintons just can’t be trusted… any of them…

I know you’ve all heard about the “landing under fire” flap that Hillary brought on herself this week, and we all know about Wild Bill’s exploits. But what I didn’t know until yesterday is that their kid is just as good at dealing in lies as her parents.

Chelsea Clinton has been touring colleges, stumping for her mom’s campaign. Yesterday, at Butler University, she called on a questioner who asked her whether her mother’s credibility had been hurt during the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Chelsea’s response?

“Wow, you’re the first person actually that’s ever asked me that question in the, I don’t know maybe, 70 college campuses I’ve now been to, and I do not think that is any of your business,” Clinton said.

Not any of my business? What the fuck? Let me say up front that Chelsea played the part of the “shocked, embarrassed, and hurt little child” very well… but none of my business?

Let me get this straight: The credibility of a candidate for President, for whom you are making campaign appearances, is none of my business? Wow! I mean, it’s not like she was asked what her mother’s reaction was, or how her mother dealt with her decision to betray her feminists beliefs, or anything like that. The question was whether the incident affected the candidate’s credibility.

I fucking swear to FSM! It’s like that old lawyer joke! Q: How do you know when a Clinton is lying? A: You can see his/her mouth moving.
