It’s a shame, especially for Packers fans, that it didn’t happen at Lambeau, but it’s pretty fantastic nonetheless.  Brett Favre has eclipsed Dan Marino’s all-time NFL touchdown record.  Congrats!

Brain-eating ameoba kills 6–no, really.

It may sound like science-fiction, but it’s not. Seriously, a “killer” amoeba that lives in lakes and enters the body through the nose has killed 6 boys and young men this year. The amoeba attacks the brain where it “feeds” until death. Scary shit.
